Chinese Sanpan, hand-carved with original sails, removable parts, 23" h, 25" l; both deaccessioned from the Peabody Essex Museum in the 1960's.

Nautical diorama of two vessels at work in Boston Harbor: one model is that of a Buoy Tender alongside of the famous Lightship Nantucket, the Nantucket is approximately 6" l and the Tender is 9" l, both made of wood and resin fittings, both extraordinarily equipped with deck fittings, models sit in a resin sea which has been rippled for effect and placed in an Oriental display stand made of rare black wood more than 100 years old.

18th c. maple and birch, New England Chippendale chest of drawers, three smaller flanking drawers over three long graduated, and lipped and dovetailed drawers, on a carved and molded base with drop pendant, (from an estate on Cape Cod), 36" h, 3' 8" w, 20" d.
