wood sign, "The 'fish feeding' is discontinued.", a small girl fed the fish
at a Pond within walking distance of the Cushing Mansion at Rocky
Nook in the late 19th c. Thousands of curious visitors came, too many for
the little girl, and the feeding was discontinued. Story published in DAR
publication, 1911, Hingham, 9 1/4" h, 25" l.
